We heard about J.L. Frost Construction through a family member. JL Frost built an addition and an Outdoor Living Room and installed an in ground pool for them and they absolutely love it! So when we decided to build a new home for our family, we chose JL Frost. From the beginning they spent a ton of time with us going over the layout, design, functionality and costs with us. They would come up with many ways to save us money, but also suggest different things we should do to make our house enjoyable AND functional. A perfect example is the suggestion of the “Mom’s Command Center” We have five children and as you can imagine it is extremely challenging to keep all of the kids schedules organized! The “Mom’s Command Center” is a built in L shaped desk with overhead cabinets, filing cabinets etc. It has all the necessary connections for internet and tv. They designed it perfectly so it would be right off the kitchen so I had easy access between cooking and running the kids to their events. Another great idea they had was to have a laundry room on both floors so I we don’t have to carry all the kids’ laundry up the stairs.

In addition to the great ideas and saving us money, they are very professional and their attention to detail is amazing! They have great people working for them that care about our project as if it was their own home. I was also impressed with the customer service. I am sure I drove them crazy changing my mind several times, however they worked hard to incorporate all of our wants and needs.

If you are planning any type of project at your home, especially custom work I would highly recommend J.L. Frost Construction. They were able to help us design our house and gave us ideas we never would have thought of… We have moved in to our new home and we are SO HAPPY with everything!

After multiple bad experiences with contractors, I was referred to J.L. Frost Construction from a co-worker and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I had the front of my house (foyer area) rotting because of water getting in and the floor was crumbling. They came out and supported my entire roof and removed and replaced the floor and the walls and showed me the problem. They replaced everything AND they even fixed the problem by installing drain tile in that area so water couldn’t damage the new foyer. Talk about going the extra mile. My job was completed on time and totally exceeded my expectations. What a fantastic company!!! I know who I’m calling the next time I need work done.
